very cute!! Also, in response to your question on my blog about sweating eggplant - I do it sometimes but not all the times. It depends how much time I have. If you're really sensitive to the bitterness of eggplant, then I would suggest doing it every time you cook with it!
@Joanne--thanks! I suppose it depends on the quality of the eggplant--I've noticed different tastes for many vegetables, depending on the time of year they were harvested (and how ripe they were during the harvesting).
